Hand Wash Only To protect your premium outer powder coat and keep the colors looking pristine, please hand wash your bottle with warm, gentle soapy water. Keep it out of the dishwasher—the extreme heat and harsh chemicals can degrade the exterior.

Do not microwave or freeze: Your flask is built with a double-wall vacuum steel chamber. Placing it in the microwave is a safety & fire hazard, and freezing it won't make the water inside colder (the insulation works both ways!) and could warp the steel weld.

Storage Tip When you aren't using your flask, store it with the lid completely off. This helps the internal 18/8 steel core and the food-safe silicone ring to dry out.

🟢 The Green Light

• Ice-Cold Water: Fill it to the brim. Our triple-layer insulation and copper plating will keep it crisp for up to 48 hours.

• Fruit Infusions: Feel free to drop in lemon slices, cucumber, berries or mint. Tip: Just give the bottle a clean at the end of the day so natural fruit sugars don't sit overnight.

• Iced Coffee & Cold Brews: Perfect for keeping your morning caffeine kick freezing cold. Because 18/8 stainless steel is non-porous, it won't absorb or trap old flavours after a wash.

• Iced Teas & Matcha: Take your iced matchas or herbal blends down to the beach…no flavour ghosting guaranteed.

🔴 The Red Light (Don’t Do These)

• Carbonated Drinks (Sparkling Water, Sodas, Kombucha): Keep things still, not fizzy. Fizziness creates expanding gas pressure. In an airtight vacuum flask, this pressure can compromise the silicone seals or cause the lid to dangerously "pop" or spray when you unscrew it.

• Warm Dairy & Fermenting Smoothies: Skipping a fresh protein shake or milk-based smoothie in here for a long beach day is a smart move. Dairy and sugars ferment quickly when warm, breeding bacteria that release heavy gas pressure inside the bottle.

• Hot Liquids: While your flask has incredible thermal capabilities, we’ve designed and marketed this collection strictly for cold beverages to keep things simple and completely prevent accidental scalding risks when opening.

Keep your bottle away from extreme heat sources. Never place your flask in the microwave, the freezer, on a kitchen stovetop, directly over a campfire or near somewhere that can compromise its structural integrity. Exposing the bottle to direct heat sources will permanently damage the vacuum insulation technology, pose a safety risk and void your warranty.

While our 18/8 food-grade stainless steel is heavily rust-resistant, prolonged exposure to beach saltwater and coastal humidity can occasionally cause surface mineral spots. Give your flask a fresh-water rinse after a day at the beach, and always store it with the lid off to help the interior dry out completely.

Premium 18/8 stainless steel is highly rust-resistant, but it isn’t entirely rust-proof—especially when living by the ocean! If you notice tiny spots forming from salt air or mineral build-up, don't panic. Simply sprinkle a little baking soda or apple cider vinegar onto a damp, soft sponge, let it sit for 5–10 minutes, and scrub gently.

A double-walled flask should never "sweat" (condensation on the outside). If it does, the vacuum seal is broken.

Because our premium 18/8 stainless steel core is completely non-porous, it won’t permanently trap flavours. However, if you leave an iced coffee in your flask a little too long, try our eco-friendly deep clean: Fill the flask with warm water, add one tablespoon of bi-carb soda (baking soda), and a splash of white vinegar. Let it soak overnight with the lid off and give it a gentle scrub in the morning.
